About me

I'm Sam, an Azure Technical Architect currently working for Transparity who are an Azure Expert MSP. This blog will focus on topics around Azure and other cloud related technologies.

I'm starting this blog with the hope that it will be useful for people (or not!). I frequently rely on other technical blogs and content for my own self-learning, I thought it would be great idea to gather my thoughts and insights in a single place and share them in the hopes it could be useful for someone else too.

I hope to cover a range of topics focused around Azure, but if you have a specific topic you would like me to cover then please let me know! I am by no means an expert in everything Azure (Who is?), however I am constantly learning new tech and will do my best to document what knowledge I do have. My background is Infrastructure and my speciality knowledge sits within the typical Azure Infrastructure services space, but I do have a degree of experience with a range of other Azure services.

Other bits about me, I'm passionate about apprenticeships, being a degree apprentice myself, I did my dissertation on Infrastructure as Code. I also enjoy local Azure community user groups and travelling!
